Communications Intern- Your future position?

As a Communications Intern, you will support the communication function in the development and execution of designated communications projects.
You will be based in Budapest (hybrid role, #LI-Hybrid) and will report directly to the Global Communication and Change Manager for GBS & IT.

In this role you will:

• Contribute to the execution of global communication projects (e.g. internal publications, event-specific tasks)
• Support with building content and organising global team events
• Help execute photo shootings, video recordings, conference calls, development of visuals, creation of small texts or presentations, etc.
• Manage the logistics related to key meetings and events

Your profile includes:

• Ongoing college or University studies (preferably in related field)
• Fluency in English
• Commitment to work a minimum of 20 hours/week
• Basic understanding of some collaboration platforms (Google suit, MS Office, Canva)
• Social media savy
• Navigates well in an international environment
• Ability to execute assigned projects under guidance and supervision
• Quick learner, fast thinker, strong in meeting deadlines
