Sales & Admin Support Executive for LEVANT - Your future position?
Due to increased business activity and project pipelines, we are looking to expand commercial support in North Africa and LEVANT through hiring a Sales and Administrative Support Executive out of our office in Jordan.
You will be based in our Jordan office in Amman and reporting to the Sales Manager Jordan & Iraq and dotted line to the Sales Manager Syria & Lebanon. You will play an important role in the team, providing important support and developing an intimate understanding of Givaudan briefing, project management systems and order processing coordination. You will support essential administrative projects and report to the team and the broader business. You will also build professional relationships with our teams and customers in the LEVANT region.

In this exciting role, with a 'can-do’ mindset, you will -
Support our business:
- Manage administrative tasks, including project and sample requests, from initiation to completion and preparation for submission.
- Support the business for sourcing market products, information, and creative and technical needs.
- Prepare and maintain price quotations and ensure accuracy on our internal systems.
Position our fragrance solutions:
- Analyse data to identify meaningful insights.
- Manage priorities for yourself and the sales team.
- Create easy-to-understand reports and presentations.
Improve the bottom line:
- Be an essential team member by coordinating and updating critical reports and tracking tools.
- Maintain data accuracy on reports and manage timelines.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and support project management and data reporting.
Service our customers:
- Respond to all enquiries using systems knowledge, Pricing and orders support, creative investigation, and follow-up.
- Provide the business team with information on customers' requests, insights, and communications.
- Use your skills to support the Key Account Managers deliver to our customers.

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, arts, administration or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in B2B Sales support role(s) in international work environments in the region.
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in the English language and Arabic.
- Working knowledge of ERP’s like SAP would be advantageous.
- Good project management skills.
- Team player, reliable, attentive to details, organized and manages work under stress.
