Communications Manager M/F/D - Your future role?

As a Communication Manager specializing in internal communication and HR communication, your role will be to develop and implement effective communication strategies and initiatives to ensure clear and consistent messaging. You will manage communication channels, coordinating internal campaigns, and facilitating effective communication between different departments, teams, and employees. Additionally, you will help develop and deliver HR-related communication materials and programs.

You will be based in Argenteuil, France (#LI-Hybrid), and will report directly to the Head of F&B Communication and S&T Marketing.

 

In this exciting role, you responsibilities will include:

 

Internal Communication Strategy:

  • Develop a comprehensive internal communication strategy aligned with our goals and values
  • Create communication plans that ensure consistent messaging and engagement across multiple internal channels
  • Identify opportunities to enhance internal communication effectiveness and employee engagement

Communication Channels Management:

  • Manage internal communication channels, such as intranet (Ollie), newsletters, emails, signage
  • Ensure the distribution of information, announcements, and updates to employees
  • Monitor the effectiveness of communication channels and make recommendations for improvement

Content Creation and Coordination:

  • Create compelling and engaging content for internal communications, including memos, articles, presentations, videos, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with different departments and teams to gather information, align messaging, and ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other relevant parties to produce high-quality communication materials.

Internal Campaigns and Events:

  • Plan, organize, and complete internal campaigns and events to promote main initiatives, organizational culture, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaign strategies, themes, and creative assets (incl. goodies)
  • Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and events and provide recommendations for future improvements

HR Communication:

  • Partner with the HR department to develop and deliver HR-related communication materials and programs
  • Create and distribute HR policies, employee handbooks, benefit information, and other HR-related communications
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee onboarding, performance management, and employee recognition programs through effective communication

Measurement and Evaluation:

  • Measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts using relevant metrics and tools
  • Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and focus groups to gather employee insights and feedback on communication initiatives
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve communication strategies

 

Your professional profile includes:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, HR, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
  • Experience internal communication, corporate communication, or related roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using communication tools, intranet platforms, content management systems, and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with HR policies is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement and internal communication trends
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and translate ideas into compelling communication materials
