As a Business Coordinator, you will contribute to the development of the account by effectively managing the global business administration of the account.
You will report to the Key International Account Manager
Summary of responsibilities:
• Cultivate customer relationships
• Monitor deadlines
• Provide support to the KIAM and to the commercial team
• Contribute to the Account Development Plan
• Preparation of presentation documents and quotations
• Management of account records in order to meet customer requests and to maintain accurate Givaudan data bases
• Tracking of projects and sales activity for accurate KPIs
• Business analysis & sales reporting
Breakdown of responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer requests from all departments
- All quotations (Ibis and quotation letters)
- Maintenance of global price list
- Maintenance of pricing in pricing portal Crystal
- NBOs, rollouts, pilots, samples & RMRS for Europe in project system Ibis
- PCDM (Product Customer Data Management)
- OSS (One Stop Shop) - for amendment of customer data
- COMPASS Sales reporting, monthly, adhoc basis, internally, externally
- KPI management & win rate tracker
- SBT (Sales Budget Tool)
- Liaise with Controlling Division & Pricing for business analysis eg.rebate and KPIs’
- Oversee core list contract and ensure customer adheres to T&Cs’
- Various communications with Givaudan regional & country managers regarding portfolio needs
- and project requirements
- Close liaison with Customer Care Ashford & Vernier re facilitation of orders
- Invoice discrepancies, NCRs
- RAPS analysis and AskMe requests
- Maintenance of fragrance reservations in GEMS
- Formula Management & Planning re delisting of formulae
- Liaison with credit management regarding overdue account
- Market Research Fund Management – keep tracker, raise POs in Chili, process invoices
- Adhoc sample and regulatory requests
