Global Data Center Demand Manager

Global Data Center Demand Manager - Your future role ?


Multiple location : Argenteuil (France), Budapest (Hungary)


As a Global Data Center (GDC) Demand Manager, you will articulate and maintain the GDC Service strategy and drive project portfolio prioritization based on Givaudan goals by ensuring alignment between interdependent departments.
In this position, reporting to the GDC Manager, you will :



  • Contribute to the IT master Plan 
  • Coordinate activities around the GDC and Technology Platform services roadmap together with the different partners
  • Ensure cross service understanding for strategic programs and prioritization


Portfolio management 

  • Follow up and keep GDC project portfolio budget on track
  • Organize demands / changes committees 
  • Communicate towards all IM&T partners necessary information about GDC Portfolio


Project Management/Roadmap 

  • Build and maintain projects roadmap within the allocated budget with other Demand / Platform Managers and Technical Lifecycle Management Manager.
  • Plan and lead new projects demand analysis phase : define and formalize demands scope , goals and budget ; lead new demand value case definition ; ensure right involvement of business, define project Governance and participate in the Steering Committee. 


You ? 


  • Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Business School or equivalent
  • Fluent in English 
  • 5 + years of experience leading major IT programs including 2 + years in a leadership position (international environment)
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructures (Data Center, network, etc)
  • Business acumen, Learning agility, Project management
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
