Junior Regulatory Specialist

Junior Regulatory Specialist - Argenteuil - Your future position?

 

1 year fixed-term contract

 

As a Junior Regulatory Specialist within the Global Regulatory and Product Safety (RAPS) team, you will take car of registration projects and maintain regulatory compliance. You will also ensure success of REACH and other registration projects both within Givaudan and with external partners ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will work across RAPS and Givaudan functions to facilitate and communicate the projects.

In this exciting role, reporting to the Head of Regulatory Innovation, you will:

•    Achieve successful chemical registrations
•    Pursue and ensure quality and value for Givaudan registrations
•    Manager project and communication with all contacts and customers
•    Maintain key Global Chemical Compliance databases
•    Manage product compliance information to ensure 100% accuracy and completeness for customer documentation
•    Provide regulatory support to customers as regards the inclusion of Givaudan fragrances in their products and processes
•    Coordinate with regulatory colleagues to ensure regulatory changes are implemented on time in the systems

Your professional profile includes:
•    University degree in Science, Biology or Toxicology
•    Excellent knowledge of R essential chemical regulations
•    Experience with MS Office, SAP and IUCLID 
•    Fluency in English and French. Another language appreciated
•    Methodology, organization, project management, data interest
