International Key Account Manager -  Argenteuil, France - Your future role

 

As a Key Account Manager for one of our major International accounts and Leader on the beauty segment, you will be responsible for generating growth, delivering high win rates, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and creating innovative solutions for our client.

If you are passionate about perfume development, business strategy and adept at delivering on the customer sales target and securing new wins, then this role will allow you to make an impact!

Reporting to the Global Business Director, In this exciting role, you will:

 

  • Deliver profitable business growth for the clients’ brands.
  • Define, implement and coordinate strategic business plans with clearly defined priorities in accordance with our business plan and global brand/category strategies.
  • Effectively Manage Global Projects, coordinating global and multi-functional teams: work closely with the Consumer Market Insights, marketing and development teams, planning and driving account activities including defense of existing business and attacking new opportunities and identifying consumer or market-led proactive opportunities.
  • Build and maintain winning relationships with key decision makers
  • Develop a strategic approach to pricing and margins, in consultation with the Category Global Business Director in line with global pricing guidelines in order to maximize gross profit for the brands under your responsibility.
  • Work closely with our  Global Teams around the world to provide commercial support for other global, regional and local brands, as required.

Your professional profile includes:

 

  • 7+ years’ functional/technical experience in the fragrance/beauty industry
  • International sales and marketing experience with a successful track record in key account management
  • Experience of leading functional teams and managing multiple complex projects
  • Competent olfactory knowledge
  • Strategic understanding of industry, sales and scope by segment, category or specific geographical area
  • Ability to work internationally, negotiating complex sales agreements across categories/brands
  • Identifies gaps in customer product portfolios representing business opportunities
  • Great command of English
