Marketing & Innovation Internship – F/H


Would you like to discover the world of a fragrance house? For mass consumer brands, the teams at our European Creation Center in Argenteuil develop fragrances for Beauty, Fabric Care, and Home Care products.


We offer you the opportunity to complete your internship within the Europe Innovation team, a dynamic and multidisciplinary team (Marketing & Design) whose missions are to:


●    Embrace an innovation mindset by creating and organising creative fragrance-focused events, brainstorms, trends analysis, and other cross-functional team projects.
●    Globally coordinate on our annual trends program.
●    Partner with teams to explore and identify new themes, technologies, and methodologies that bring value to our fragrances.
●    Contribute to Givaudan’s Excellence in Creation and Innovation.
In this exciting internship, you will contribute to various missions within the team by supporting daily project management across several pillars:


EXPLORATION
●    On a given topic, research and synthesize consumer insights, trends, and market research available internally or externally.
●    Facilitate brainstorming sessions using ideation techniques – design thinking, gamification, etc.
●    Test innovative solutions proposed by other departments – Digital Innovation, etc.


ACTIVATION
●    Contribute with ideas for events – Inspiration sessions, workshops, etc.
●    Support events organization – facilitation, teaser preparation, etc.
●    Prepare digital and printed graphic collaterals for events and innovation projects (presentations, printed supports).
●    Contribute to the crafting and hands-on preparation of materials for workshops, prototypes, and creative experiences.

You may also take on the role of project manager for specific assignments depending on the team’s needs and your interests. We are open to your ideas!

 


About You

Your Profile
●    Business school or University, Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a similar field, or a background in Communication or Art & Design (Design School, Ecole Supérieure du Parfum, ISIPCA, etc.)
●    A plus: previous internship experience in consumer goods products, fragrances or creative advertising agencies (research department, creative agency, trend bureau, strategic planning team, creation studio, marketing development, etc.)
●    A rigorous and curious personality with strong analytical and synthesis skills
●    Creative, with a sensitivity to design
●    International exposure or multicultural experience (studies, travel, or living abroad) is highly valued
●    Strong interest in fragrance
●    Fluent English (written and spoken) 
●    Fluency in French is a plus, but not mandatory
