Assistant Evaluation - Fabric Care - Your Next Position?

As an Evaluation Assistant, you will be at the heart of fragrance development projects for Consumer Products in Fabric Care. In this exciting role, based at our European Creation Center near Paris, you will be part of the "Fabric Care" team and provide support in the daily management of client projects.

In this position, you will:

 

Manage the logistics of client projects and ensure relationships with laboratories and the tracking of data and information: receiving and recording client briefs and market products. At the end of a project, you will enter the information into software and centralize samples and documentation. You will organize the shipment of these samples to different recipients, request stability tests, and write reports for the teams.

 

Provide daily support to the Fabric Care team - evaluation, marketing, Consumer and Market Insights (CMI) tests: you will organize internal evaluation sessions, as well as internal or sensory analysis team panels in England. You will organize market product reviews and evaluation sessions, prepare and distribute activity reports extracted from internal tools, organize customer visits, and collaborate with CMI and Marketing teams as needed.

Your profile includes:

 

Approximately two years of experience as an assistant; experience in the fragrance industry would be a plus.

Very good organizational and communication skills. Being versatile.

Good interpersonal skills and a team spirit.

The ability to work under pressure.

Very good level of English, both written and spoken.

Very good knowledge of the Office Suite and Google tools.
