Multiple location: Argenteuil (France), Ashford (England)

 

As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist for our Fragrance and Beauty division, you will provide regulatory support to our customers to ensure that regulatory requirements are fulfilled according to legal and corporate guidelines.

In this exciting role, reporting to the Regulatory Director, you will:

 

Regulatory Support
•    Provide internal customers with consistent and compliant formula reviews and documentation to meet global commercial, creation and research initiatives
•    Provide sales support in commercializing assigned products
•    Identify issues relevant to commercial opportunities
•    Provide technical regulatory assistance to commercial colleagues and development teams

 

Customer Support
•    Generate customer documents
•    Identify issues relevant to customer opportunities
•    Develop relationship with assigned customer contacts
•    Deliver support on time, meeting customer expectations

 

You?

Your professional profile includes:
•    Advanced degree in scientific field
•    At least 2 years relevant regulatory experience in F&F, cosmetics or related industry
•    Knowledge of EU regulations
•    Experience presenting topics to customers and resolving regulatory/compliance questions
•    Fluency in English and French
