HR Manager France - FF / T&W / FIM / Perfumery School - Your future role?
As an HR Manager you will deliver and implement the HR strategy to fulfil specific demands of BUs', sites, geographical areas, or functions, according to corporate guidelines, and act as a Business Partner.
You will provide HR leadership and business partnering support for 2 business unit : Fine Fragrance and Taste and Well Being - approx 300 employees. You will include a significant focus on Talent planning & development, Org design, change management and transformation.
Last but not least, you will also be responsible to lead key strategic projects such as D&I, total reward sheet, and many more.
In the role, you will be based in Argenteuil, France (on-site role, with 2 working days in Kléber, 1 day home office/week) and will report directly to the HR Director & HRBP FF CP.
Your main responsibilities will include:
HR Business Partner

Provide senior level human resources support and advise
-
Partner with BUs' to support and deliver HR value to the business

Coordination with local HR Teams within other countries

Support organisational effectiveness, development and implementation of human resource strategies and programmes associated with accomplishing business objectives

Use relevant information, data and reports to recommend policy and process solutions to address risks and opportunities and align with HR guidelines and plans

Lead, participate in or support the implementation of Corporate and Site initiatives or projects

Provide human resources generalist support to all managers

Participate in people management activities for defined scope including involvement in performance man-agement and compensation review annual processes

Participate in the talent acquisition process, ensuring the quality of personnel hired, the effectiveness of recruiting and selection techniques, and compliance with legal requirements

Provide on-site consultation and administration including all HR life cycle tasks (incentive cycles, perfor-mance reviews, ASR, talent review etc) and benefits enquiries. Ensure fair and competitive positioning of salaries through internal equity and external market analysis

Contribute and streamlined internal HR processes

Promote effective and proactive use of people management systems (Engage)
Employee Relation

Provide employee relations counsel to managers and employees on HR matters including performance, discipline, organisational decisions and career development. Provide interpretation and guidance on human resources policies and employment law

Manage complex Employee Relation issues and ensures key HR business processes are implemented effectively

Support and coach managers to understand and comply with relevant legislation and employee relation policies and practices
Legal & Compliance

Ensure organisational compliance with employment law and implementation of new legal requirements

Ensure organisational compliance on matters of occupational health; in collaboration with internal and external partners and provide support on employees' medical issues/restrictions

Inform and advise managers and staff about relevant legislation, employee relations policies and practices
Your professional profile includes:

Master in Human Resources or related field.

Min of 10 years experience in HR, Experience supporting employee relations/people management activities

Strong Business acumen and Commercial sense

Org° Design & Change management Capabilities

Fluency in English
