SAP IBP Consultant (Product Designer)

SAP IBP Consultant (Product Designer) - Your future role?

 

As part of the Supply Chain IT team, you will serve as integrator between business needs and technology solutions, understand users and formalize their needs with the user centric approach and method. You will design and create sustainable solution (through existing products or by creating new products) from concept to launch that meet Supply Chain Planning user group’s needs.

 

Multiple location: Cincinnati (US), Argenteuil (France), Budapest (Hungary)

 

In this position, reporting to the Demand To Cash Platform Manager, you will:

 

Permanent Role

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Users to identify the best experience that meets user, business, and technical needs
  • Create, update, and maintain the documentation of the SAP IBP products, including user guides and functional specifications
  • Support the Product Manager in the backlog management
  • Support the assessment and solution implementation for change requests
  • Provide expertise on business process, products or data all along innovation process
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and innovation.

 

Projects

  • Conduct necessary workshops and requirements’ analysis with key users to translate users’ requirements to detailed functional specifications
  • Challenge business requirements and recommend alternative solutions, providing risks and effort associated to build the most appropriate and value-added solution
  • Translate user needs into features and screens to the development team and advise in the building the solution
  • Design and prepare UAT scenario/scripts and users guides/job aids
  • Support the development team on unit testing and perform integration testing of the solution
  • Provide post go-live support during the stabilization period
  • Provide training and facilitate handover of the solution to the application support
  • For project closure phase, take advantage of the functional & solution knowledge. 

 

You? 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering / IT / Supply Chain
  • Fluent in English 
  • Minimum  3 years of experience as Functional/Application Designer, with at least 2 full imple-mentation cycle of global IT/SAP projects configuring and implementing Planning solutions
  • Experience in implementing SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and CPI solutions, setting up and designing solutions for the various SAP IBP Modules required (most especially for IBP Demand, IBP  S&OP IBP Supply Planning)
  • Experience in architecting inbound/outbound interfaces between SAP and other, especially in the HCI platform
  • Technical expertise in SAP PP
  • Strong Business Acumen, Customer Focus, Analytical and Organizational skills
