Sales Project Coordinator, your future role?

 

As an Experienced Sales Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in our team by managing projects and delivering high-quality fragrances for well-known brands across various consumer product categories. This position offers the opportunity to actively engage with cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with different regions to make a positive impact.

Reporting to one of our key international account managers, you will have the chance to contribute to the success of the team and develop strong customer relationships.

In this Sales Support role, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Close internal collaboration and follow-up with key functions such as Regulatory, Evaluation/Development teams, Sampling Labs, and Customer Care on cross-category projects (Fabric Care, Home Care, and Personal Care).
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with the customer regarding project-related activities, including providing brief information, bases, and sampling.
  • Coordinate main regulatory topics and ensure follow-up with the client.
  • Contribute to submission presentations with the Key Account Managers.
  • Organize and coordinate project submission documentation, including regulatory documents, pricing quotations, and creative fragrance pyramids.
  • Coordinate with other regions to meet project submission requirements.
  • Manage and update internal project tracking systems, selling fragrance portfolio/collections.
  • Be the main owner and user of customer SharePoint access to ensure continuous updates of documents.
  • Manage IBIS (Integrated Business Information System) and providing updates on new wins.
  • Provide daily support to the team in the development of winning fragrances.

 

To be successful in this role, your professional profile should include:

 

  • Holding a Bachelor's Degree with an interest in the Fragrance industry.
  • Having a minimum of 1 0 years of experience in Sales Support/Account Management.
  • Demonstrating rigor, solution-oriented mindset, and multitasking abilities.
  • Showing a stay up to date with industry trends and being open to learning.
  • Having experience in effectively managing tracking systems.
  • Possessing a global mindset and a strong team spirit.
  • Having good organizational and project management skills.
  • Being able to cultivate trust and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Having a good level of proficiency in English, with German language skills being a plus.
