Senior Key Account Manager - Nestlé and other accounts - Your future role!

As Senior Key Account Manager you will coordinate the Nestlé account through multiple PTC (Product Technology Center), and manage other medium size business accounts in France in our Taste and Wellbeing division. You will report to the Head of Sales France. Your goal will be to further develop the relationship with our customers and to transform opportunities into successes while building a lasting bond to strengthen the leadership place of the industry.

Location: Paris

Travelling: In France and Switzerland is required

You will:

  • Develop a regional growth strategy for major categories with Nestlé and the other accounts to strengthen market share and build lasting success
  • Respond to short-term, medium-term and long-term opportunities to build our success in the different product categories for our Flavour Taste solutions and align it with our functional and nutritional ingredients offerings
  • Build and deliver budgeted sales and gross profit results within your portfolio responsi-bility
  • Ensure the best evaluation possible for Givaudan at Nestlé in Global Reviews and annual ratings and including implementation of corrective and enhancing activities
  • Be a communications focal point for the customers, facilitating the flow of information to technical professionals (Pricing, FC&A, Regional Innovation, S&T, Customer Excellence, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Quality)
  • Promote our capability to anticipate the major regulatory changes about the flavours industry
  • Lead the regional ADPs of your customers including Nestlé, and ensure understanding and implementation
  • Guide projects with the customer using R/D resources from one or more categories

 

You?

Your professional profile includes:

  • University degree in Food Science, Economy, Marketing or Business Administration with a affinity for the food industry
  • 10+ years of experience of successful sales, marketing or customer relationship management experience in food, beverage or related industry
  • A background working with customer's brand strategies, positioning, strengths and weaknesses and competition
  • Knowledge of regional or global customer strategies; able to develop comprehensive solutions to address customer needs
  • Work collaboratively across multiple cultures, functions and levels within the organization to secure resources required to manage a regional customer
  • Experience supporting engagement and managing international accounts across multiple regions
  • Knowledge of the fundamental principles of business management
  • Ability to build relationships with decision-makers and senior business managers
  • Experience generating a broad base of new business opportunities
  • Experience with consumer trends and consumer market research for the region
  • Translate Givaudan's value proposition to the needs of the global customer within the region
  • Contribute to development of a global Account Development plan for a key customer
