Your Role:
 

As a Graduate Oral Care Creation Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our talented Oral Care flavourists. You’ll assist in managing projects and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and consumer satisfaction. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help us create delightful experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Oral Care flavourists to request and manage samples, ensuring adherence to local and global protocols
• Maintain accurate records of internal evaluations, stability, new ingredients and quality control data using our internal bespoke systems 
• Organize and support sensory panel evaluations and ingredient studies
• Coordinate market product reviews and cross-category olfactory sessions
• Prepare reports and supporting documents with your research and insights
• In supporting Oral Care flavourists, communicate and collaborate with colleagues from multiple functions

What You Bring:

• A degree in a science-related discipline or relevant work experience
• Experience in a dynamic environment with administrative responsibilities
• Proficiency in IT skills, especially with Office/Google applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A proactive attitude with positive team spirit
