As a Portfolio Manager, you will lead the Givaudan Oral Care Flavours Library Management activity and team on a global scale. Your responsibilities would be:
 

• Leading the Oral Care Global Flavours Library activity, and guiding the UK team and extended teams in other regions to grow and support future business
• Define and promote the Global Gallery strategy, establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators to successfully contribute to the business strategy
• Responsible for leading designated projects with local and regional customers globally (except for Asia Pacific region) providing Best In Class solutions delivered on time in collaboration with sales teams, in a resource-effective manner 
• Administration, development, and continuous improvement of the Oral Care flavour library (using Givaudan’s GALLERIA tool) 
• Fostering relations with Flavourists to ensure a constant conduit of small modifications of existing flavours
• To administer Oral Care projects in Givaudan briefing system (IBIS) to ensure correct placement and execution of projects for the Category
• First point of contact for global Sales Team members when necessary
• Expert Power-User for IBIS and GALLERIA Givaudan tools within Oral Care Team, training new team members 
• Proactively promote Best Practices and act as key contact for internal and external audits related to Oral Care development activity

Your professional profile includes

• University Degree
• At least 10-15 years of experience in olfaction and evaluation techniques within Fragrance & Flavour industry
• Skilled project management experience with excellent attention to detail
• Strong collaboration ability and effective relationship-building skills
• Drive for results
• Initiative and proactive approach
