HR Director Avignon - Your future position?

 

You will establish HR as a visible and high value partner through delivering on the HR agenda including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Change Management, and Compensation and Benefits.

You will be based in Avignon and reporting to the Regional Head HR T&W Europe.

 

You will:

  • Advice, coach and provide sustainable solutions to the site leaders on workforce planning, engagement strategies and succession management
  • Act on business talent needs, issues and work as part of the wider HR organisation to drive talent outcomes and develop the next generation of leaders
  • Drive employee engagement agenda with the business
  • Partner business and play an integral role in transitions for acquisitions, greenfield and brownfield projects , as applicable
  • Ensure the Local Management Committee and local HR agenda is embedded in ; Engage, our people management platform, our Talent Acquisition delivery model, our Learning & Development platform and our Rewards and International Assignments strategy
  • Lead a team of 3-4 Direct reports including HR Manager and Payroll Manager
  • Ensure annual people processes are well completed, including: Performance Management and goal setting; Mid -Year performance reviews; Individual Development Planning; Talent Management; Compensation & Benefits processes
  • Ensure an efficient site management of all local HR practices such as recruitment, employee data management, payroll, benefits admin
  • Build a partnership with HR colleagues in other countries and with the COEs to ensure change management/partner management is carried out in all activities
  • Be an active member of the local Management Committee
  • Provide leadership, goals and direction to the local HR team to ensure the delivery of the HR agenda
  • Lead the HR Team development by providing stretch assignments, support and coaching

 

You?

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • More than 10 years' experience in Human Resources, with manager and leadership experience
  • Fluency in English and French languages is mandatory
  • Track record of managing and motivating team members
  • Strong knowledge of functional HR processes
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Relations
  • Excellent communication, influence and relationship building skills, inspiring trust and confidence from their business partners
  • Strong project management and implementation skills
