Excellence Process Manager
As Excellence Process Manager, your scope will be the Taste & Wellbeing division focusing on Regulatory Affairs processes and so in this exciting role, your main responsibilities will be:
Lead the Process development and improvement stream:
- Drive the Process Developments and Improvements stream for Regulatory by defining strategies/action plans and identifying & coordinating the implementation of process improvement opportunities.
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders and collect their needs and expectations for developing and enhancing processes.
- Prepare and present to the Leadership team new ideas and opportunities for process improvements and get their buy in by explaining the benefits of the changes and addressing concerns and resistance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing processes or design and put in place new ones.
- Ensure alignment between global and regional dimensions during implementation and monitor & evaluate the processes effectiveness.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and share best practices.
Coordinate the Product integration stream:
- Coordinate Portfolio Integration projects of acquired companies into the Givaudan’s business and system landscape by aligning Regulatory and Compliance policies and standards.
- Establish processes and models for managing new acquisitions with different sizes, complexities and nature of products.
- Review and align the way of working between the acquired company and Givaudan to achieve the best in class service level.
- Define the project framework (processes, skill development, communications, policy development, data and system enhancement) and execute it within the timeline and budget.
- Ensure prioritization based on business impact and manage the stakeholder’ expectations accordingly.
- Provide and maintain transparency of the integrated products, establish change management programs and monitor progress.
Manage the implementation of Global Policies and Corporate Audit improvements:
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of Policies, globally and within the regions.
- Review Corporate Regulatory Audit findings and recommendations and implement remediation initiatives.
Your successful profile includes:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in process mapping & improvement and project management.
- Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or technical area, such as but not limited to: Food Science and Technology, Regulatory Affairs, Chemistry, Quality Management, Engineering, Operations or other Science or Technology related field.
- Strong communication, change management and negotiation skills to drive results in a multifunctional environment.
- Excellent aptitude for data and database management & systems
- Strong people management skills, including development planning
- Fluent in English. Any other language is a plus.
