Global Marketing Manager - Givaudan Naturex Taste & Wellbeing

 

Global Marketing Manager in charge of the strategic marketing of the SENSE category, within the Taste & Wellbeing Division - Your future position?


The Customer Excellence team is in charge of defining the global offering.

 

You will:

  • Support Global Product Managers of the Sense category in the strategic view around the new multisensory positioning of the category;
  • Impact the commercialization process by providing a consistent view of our landscape with an end-use application lens, incl. market size and share, trends, competitive dynamics, and envi-ronment consumer / customer needs;
  • Drive the SENSE category in Value Propositions to ensure clear, consistent articulation of content, perfectly addressing end-use application segments and integrated solutions angle, ie: pro-cessed meats, beverages & confectionary;
  • Deliver dedicated and impactful marketing collaterals, including a high level of our CSI expertise; 
  • Provide strategic marketing support, connectivity & continuity to selected global/high profile accounts for global opportunities on the sense category;
  •  Supports The Beyond Pillar to elevate our proprietary tools as pre-empted into our 2025 strategy and make sure the sense category benefits from the tools (Ie: FlavourVision…) - (30% of your time).

•    Strong analytical skills; ability to create well-founded trend reports and derive relevant insights for the category;
•    Strong sense of customer and consumer; envisions future consequences and trends;
•    Comfortable interacting with a diversity of groups, both functionally and geographically;
•    Ability to navigate a matrix and global environment;
•    Confident in a technical innovation environment;
•    Solid oral and written communication ability and presentation skills.
