IT Continuous Improvement Manager - Your future role?

As an IT Continuous Improvement Manager in Avignon, you will report to the IT Operating Model Manager in IT Office, you will contribute to IT Operating model evolution and ensure its consistency. You are involved in projects of process efficiency, continuous improvement, or cost optimization.

 

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Drive the change of Operating Model to enable a product based organisation especially in the area of IT Technology and Operations

  • Propose, prioritize, and execute improvements to IT Operating Model processes, ensuring consistency across services and functions.

  • Oversee operational governance, including relevant KPIs, service performance indicators, and continuous improvement metrics.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align operational processes with business objectives.

  • Ensure operational compliance with internal policies and standards,

  • Provide support in the development and rollout of training materials, procedures, and policies, fostering and measuring adoption through the use of Learning Management system

  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency while safeguarding quality and service standards.

Your professional profile includes:

  • Required Higher Education completed: Master's Degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in strategy consulting

  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership position (Manager, International environment)

  • Acquire and maintain in-depth understanding of the organization

  • Project Management skills

  • Coach teams and individuals

  • Minimum Yellow Belt certified, Green Belt certified an advantage

  • ITIL v4 , certification an advantage

  • Knowledge of E-learning platforms and LMS Learning management system
