We are looking for an intern based in Avignon for 6 months.

You will report to Naturals EAME VMI Planner

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build distribution planning activities for intermediates and finished goods;

  • Improve service to internal and external customers;

  • Track and review customer orders. Manage escalations;

  • Analyze performance and provide the main Indicator to the team;

  • Support the standardization of the distribution processes;

  • Lead Planning & Distribution projects to improve the processes and the service provided to customers;

  • Review slow-moving and obsolete inventory;

  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of the master data;

  • Build relationships with partners and teams such as Naturals sites, Network Supply Planning, Customer Care, Production, Scheduling, Raw Material Supply, logistics, Quality, Transport, and Global Business Service;

  • Follow Givaudan procedures, guidelines, and best practices in relevant areas including Safety; 

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or equivalent

 

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge in planning. Preferably have experience with demand, supply, or production.

  • Show flexibility when solving complex problems.

  • Affinity to systems and analytical tools.

  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • Working knowledge of BI, BO, Google

  • Language Skills: English
