Your responsibility? 

 

Lead the Regulatory Process development and improvement stream: 

  • Drive the Regulatory Process developments & improvements program in defining strategies/action plans for identify & coordinating the implementation of Process improvement opportunities 

  • Collect external and internal stakeholders needs and expectations for developing and enhancing processes

  • Promote ideas to the Leadership team on how processes can be improved in including communicating the benefits of the changes, addressing concerns & resistance, and defining strategies/action plans for implementing

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and put in place the new processes or modify existing ones 

  • Ensure global and regional implementation alignment and Monitor the improved processes and evaluate their effectiveness. 

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and best practices integration projects of acquired products into the Givaudan’ business and system landscape in aligning the Regulatory and Compliance product policies and standards 

 

Coordinate the Product Integration program for Regulatory: 

  • Coordinate the Portfolio Integration projects of acquired products into the Givaudan’ business and system landscape in aligning the Regulatory and Compliance product policies and standards 

  • Establish processes and models for managing new acquisitions with different organizational size, complexities and product nature 

  • Review and align way of working between the acquired company and Givaudan for the best in class service level. 

  • Define the project framework (related to regulatory processes, skill development, regulatory communications, policy development, data and system enhancement) including resourcing and timely implementation

  • Ensure prioritization based on business impact and manage the stakeholder’ expectations accordingly 

  • Provide and maintain transparency of the integrated products, establish change management programs and monitor progress

 

Manage the implementation of Global Policies and Corporate Audit improvements:

  • Develop plans and coordinate the implementation of Regulatory Policies (globally and within the regions) 

  • Review and roll-out Corporate Regulatory Audit recommendations and initiatives


 

You? 

 

  • Strong Leadership to drive results in a multifunctional environment

  • Expert in process and project management

  • Strong Communication and Change management skills. Fluent English.

  • Excellent aptitude for data and database management & systems 

  • University / Bachelor’s Degree in scientific or technical area. Scientific or technical degree, preferably in in Chemistry, Toxicology, Regulatory, Food Technology or related degree, with minimum of 10 years of relevant technical experience

  • People management including development planning.
