Stock & Distribution Planner

We are recruiting a fixed term contract (materniy leave) in Avignon.


Within the Supply Chain Direction, the Regional Inventory & Distribution Planner is in charge to lead regional inventory, stock policy & distribution planning in the EMEA region.


  • You work with the local supply chain on the stockout/ overstock / Slow moving / obsolete stock:

-Build action plan on inventory management reduction and develop skills in the factories.

-Manage global and local Inventory value landing to reach group goals

-Play a role of coordination on the out of stock.

-Monitor inventory and write off creation

-Ensure reworking possibilities with factories.


  • You manage distribution and inventory planning for your region:

-You manage the network distribution flows and coordinate all actions plans required to reduce overall inventory value and write-offs, ensuring the best service level.

-You are working on the weekly distribution planning process.

-You are working with each manufacturing site on their finished, semi-finished products & Raw materials stock policy

-You will update the stock policy regarding the demand variability.

-You will lead monthly meetings with the local supply chain.

-You jointly work on the MTS/MTO categorization for the finished and semi-finished products with the local supply chain.


  •  You work with Ops partners and all other departments involved (Central supply chain team, cost controlling, Procurement, Sales..):

-Manage communication and follow up with regional teams on the overstock and the potential shortages.

-Provide cause analyses on inventory and slow-moving & obsolete to regional S&OP meetings

-You prepare data analysis and presentation for the top's management
