L’EHS Specialist sera sous la responsabilité de l’EHS Manager et apportera son soutien dans le travail quotidien sur les domaines EHS.

 

Promouvoir la culture EHS au sein de l’organisation sera une des missions principales.

 

Responsabilités essentielles

 

  • Organiser les formations des nouveaux arrivants/sous traitants
  • Faciliter, dispenser les formations/sensibilisations EHS au besoin
  • Aider à l’élaboration de procédures/instructions/consignes et suivre leur mise en œuvre
  • Organiser des inspections sécurité régulières avec les Responsables de zones et rendre compte des résultats et suivre leurs corrections et prévention
  • Aider à l’organisation des réunions EHS du site et suivre toutes les actions convenues
  • Maintenir une bonne relation avec les autorités liées à l’environnement, la santé et la sécurité et remonter toute problématique au Responsable EHS
  • Mener des enquêtes sur les incidents/accidents et proposer des actions correctives et préventives à mettre en place
  • Aider à l’évaluation des risques et fournir des solutions pour supprimer/minimiser les risques

 

Diplômes

  • Diplome universitaire en chimie, ingénierie ou EHS

 

Expérience professionnelle

  • Au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie chimique/agro alimentaire
  • Expérience en EHS

 

Compétences techniques

  • Français, anglais souhaité
  • Microsoft office
