Transfer & BCP Project Manager NIO

 

Overall mission:

 

Contribute to the NIO region (NOAM, LATAM and EAME sites) footprint strategy by leading Production Transfer projects and Internalization projects, from end-to-end and with multiple teams. Help implement our Business Continuity Planning (BCP) strategy by identifying and mitigating our Operations Risks within the NIO region. You will be reporting to the Head of Risk management and Tolling, NIO.

The position can be fulfilled in Avignon or other Givaudan Naturals Sites.

 

You will:

 

Production Transfers & Internalization

  • Lead Strategic Production Transfer projects and Internalization projects in the NIO region and cross-region from feasibility phase to execution phase:
  • Deliver objectives promptly while managing the project team, risks, issues and changes
  • Coordinate actions with several partners, including Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, S&T, Controlling and OPS
  • Provide regular updates to the Sponsor and Governance, ensuring efficient Partner management
  • Contribute to process improvement:
  • Participate to the enhancement of the stage-gate process and its structure
  • Train local teams to empower them in Tactical Production Transfer projects

 

Business Continuity Planning (BCP) & Operations Risks Management (ORM):

  • Coordinate NIO ORM with sites and operations heads:
  • Ensure that annual assessments and mitigation actions are established according to the plan and help calibrate the assessments across NIO sites
  • Monitor the progress of action plans
  • Develop and trains sites and employees contributing to ORM, promoting a BCP mindset in Givaudan
  • Contribute to the regional BCP strategy

 

Scope & Travel

  • NIO region includes NOAM, LATAM and EAME sites – Travel up to 20-30%

 

You:

 

  • Master's degree in Food Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a multinational matrix organizations
  • Partner management and project communication experience
  • Ability to work cross-culturally and cross-functionally
  • Fluent business English required
