IT Workplace Service Desk Analyst (m/w/d)

You will provide functional and technical support in the Workplace Services area, following the organization's goals and needs. You will be located in Baierbrunn, near Munich. You will report directly to the Workplace Service Desk Manager.
You will:
- You will be involved in Incident, Problem and Service Request Management to provide solutions based on service level goals
- Propose or recommend IT Services modifications to reduce user impact.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Maintain and stay current with evolving Information technology.
- Clarify tickets logged with requestors and communicate about resolution progress.
- Ensure satisfactory customer service and prompt response times to the requestors.
- Share your support knowledge with peers in the same team and maintain associated documentation
- Communicate with the user community to provide the status of open problems and the changes associated with new solutions
- Escalate significant issues or outages to the management
- Develop and maintain good working relationships, resolve problems, and positively to successfully produce customer satisfaction.
You?
- University degree in IT related field or relevant experience and knowledge
- You are fluent in German & English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the domain of expertise
- You do your job with a strong customer focus
- You are familiar with Microsoft-based operating systems
- General knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of SAP system
- ITIL qualification is an advantage
