Account Manager - Fine Fragrance - Your future position?
As Account Manager - Fine Fragrance, you will combine the responsibilities of both Account Manager and Business Development Manager. The role is focused on driving growth by pursuing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring the smooth transition of projects from scale-up to production. It will require building strong customer relationships, monitoring market activity, and delivering strategic insights that support commercial success.
Core responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Actively pursue new business opportunities within designated accounts and markets to enhance Givaudan's market presence and revenue both top and bottom lines
- Cultivate Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring that client needs are fully understood and effectively met.
- Market Monitoring: Closely monitor customer, trend, market movement and competitor activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information to support strategic decision-making.
- Account Planning: Develop and track Account Plans for key accounts, ensuring alignment with broader business development goals.
- Presentations & Marketing Engagement: Create, Develop, Deliver strategic goals and tailored internal and external presentations that support commercial targets. Confidently present Givaudan's value proposition to clients, supporting marketing initiatives and building engagement with customers.
- Creativity: Inspire creativity by generating insights and introducing new thinking that drives customer interest and creates market differentiation.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and create opportunities for Givaudan to participate in targeted briefs and projects that align with strategic objectives and growth ambitions.

Your professional profile includes:
Requirements:
- Passionate about fragrances.
- Growth mindset.
- Graduate or post-graduate with 3–10 years’ experience in any industry (prior Commercial or Business Development experience advantageous).
- Determined, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for continuous learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, teamworking, able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong Analytical thinker with a multidimensional problem-solving approach.
- Results-driven, motivated to achieve ambitious targets.
- Skilled in creating and delivering presentations, with the ability to effectively present to clients as part of marketing and business development efforts.
- Agile in a high matrix organization.
