Consumer Market Insights Junior Manager - Your Future Position?
Execute market research projects by gathering, analyzing and presenting market and consumer results, in order to build consumer understanding in line with projects objectives. Country Specific expertise
Core Responsibilities:
- Project Management: To execute CMI projects with supervision of a more senior CMI manager, commissioning and set up, manage cost, quality control of field and data analysis
- Coordinate and manage the logistics associated to the projects according to the needs, such as samples coordination in terms of preparation and to be sent to the location of the test (CLT, in home), follow up and management of the stock of material needed for the tests.
- Test design, data analysis and management: Design simple research projects. Collaborate with project manager in planning new research projects and developing ways to gather and analyze data most appropriate for the relevant project. Analyze gathered data using statistic programs and qualitative analysis tools.
- Prepare results summary in the form of reports or presentations, translating complex fin dings into easy to read tables, charts and text. Share results with internal stakeholders or clients when needed with supervision of a more senior manager.
Your professional profile includes:
- Verbal and written command of English (and local language as required).
- Proficiency in using common PC applications (word, excel, ppt).
- Proficiency in using data analysis software (SPSS, xlstat, Matlab).
- Experience in managing vendor/field partners.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams internally and externally.
- Good understanding and use of inferential and multivariate statistics and experimental design, with supervision of a more senior CMI manager when needed.
- Good analytical and intermediate data visualization skills. Storytelling skills is a plus.
- Pay attention to the details.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Understand the principles of qualitative and quantitative MR methods as applied to fragrance testing.
- Expert in planning, leading and communicating all functional steps in CMI projects, interacting with relevant cross functional stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of fragrance (olfactive families, main benchmarks etc.) is a plus.
- Naturally feel ease with qualitative research and enjoy meeting consumers in the field

Can independently conduct and moderate Home Visits or Wash Clinics; FGD moderating and reporting skills are a plus.
