Customer Care Specialist - Your Future Position?

•    Provide excellent service to all customers in Thailand 
•    Ensure prompt & timely execution of customer orders & delivery
•    Order processing for daily operation and coordination of delivery with warehouse 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Main contact point for customer accounts assigned (including local, regional and international accounts).
  • Responsible for order entry from receipt of order to delivery of goods
  • Ensure prompt & timely execution of customer orders & consolidated delivery schedule
  • Liaise with forwarder and sourcing sites on vessel or flight details including import shipping documents (invoice, P/L, COA, CO etc.)
  • Order confirmation to customer to acknowledge receipt of order
  • Coordinate between QA team & sales person for customer complaints
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Monthly follow up customers’ forecast and upload in the system.

Your professional profile includes: 

  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience preferably in Chemical or FMCG.
  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Knowledge MS office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Familiar with SAP system
  • Fluent in English and Thai
