Fragrance Collection Assistant (3 Months Contract) - Your future position?

Location: Thailand, Bangkok

 

This role would be based in Bangkok, Thailand, and you would report to the Fragrance Expert and Collection Manager.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist to manage Fragrance library collection.
  • Oil stock management/ oil stock replenishment 
  • Update fragrance stock (quantity/expired dates
  • Support fragrance collection team in executing daily tasks ( preparing submission fragrance oil )
  • Record fragrance collection data using PC
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized fragrance collection shelf, environment in accordance with EH&S policies

 

Your professional profile includes:

  • Qualifications: At least a Diploma
  • Demonstrates proficiency in using common PC applications, Excel & Word both Thai and English.
  • Basic knowledge of safety, hygiene and environmental guidelines/ requirements
