Junior Regulatory Specialist

Junior Regulatory Specialist - Your future position?

As a Regulatory Specialist within the Flavour Regulatory Team, you will be responsible for providing regulatory support to our internal and external customer within the ASEAN region. Sound interesting? Regulatory Support

·         Use of Givaudan systems to complete tasks and manage data

·         Generate technical reports and declarations for internal and external use

·         Provide regulatory support to Technical & Commercial team in the development and commercialization of assigned product

·         Handle product registration with local authority (eg Thailand Food and Drug Administration and halal application with Central Islamic Committee of Thailand) 

·         Assist manager/specialist as necessary

 

Customer support

·         Interact with functional teams to complete Product/Safety/Regulations/Assurance/Quality activities 

·         Generate customer forms

·         Deliver support on time, meeting customer’s expectation

·         Respond to requests from internal and external clients

Your professional profile includes:

 

  • University / Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemical or Biology 
  • 1-2 years of experience in food or flavour regulatory affairs
  • Good English, local language essential
  • Strong PC skills, including competency in MS Office products
  • Good knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements
  • Thorough understanding of components of appropriate business processes and internal systems
  • Thorough knowledge of assigned customer specific requirements
  • Proficient with regulatory systems
