Customer Care Representative

Customer Care Representative (VN)(12 months contract) - Your future position?
Location: Vietnam - HCMC
Reporting to: Demand Manager, ASEAN

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Order entry process & follow up /coordinate for implementation towards ultimate delivery of the orders to the customer’s premises, or GI date.  
  • Customer compliant handling 
  • Communication between Sales Dept & Operation, Business Service Center
  • Implement and safeguard various ordering related policy and procedures, eg, MOQ, credit, cancellation, stock build, freight pattern, lead time, return and claim etc
  • Maintain CC database, actively engage in S&OP, and work with various functions within Ops to improve customer service and customer satisfaction level, along with plant costs, working capital and productivity. 
  • To be able to sharing the knowledge with team members.  
  • To assist the manager and help to improve the working process for department, make the department better development.

Key Requirements:

  • University or Diploma
  • General understanding of customer service
  • SAP experience will be better 
  • Self-motivated
  • Analytical skills on problem solving
  • Good communication skill
  • Willing to learn and develop self within the company
