General Services Manager (CSR & General Services) - Your future position?
In this role you will be largely responsible in corporate social responsibility strategy, planning, and execution. Aside from that, you will be the on-site key point of contact for employees and vendors to resolve facilities operational issues.
In this exciting role, you will:
Social Responsibility
- Plan for the company CSR strategies and calendar events
- Lead local projects and initiatives with focus on Health & Wellbeing, Community and Sustainability.
Internal Stakeholder Management
- Proactively engage internal stakeholders to ensure that services expectations are met, and ensure escalation procedures are observed
- On-site key point of contact for vendors and employees.
Vendor Management
- Co-ordinate and monitor the contractor management program, and provide advice to vendor on operational issues
- Review monthly financial reports including the preparation of accruals and variance.
- Prepare monthly management report for Givaudan’s Management Committee.
- Provide feedback on the outsourced staff and suggest relevant training to outsourced agencies.
- Administer the master data for approval process in vendor’s application.
- Negotiate the terms with vendors with support from IM&S.
Continuous Improvement
- Together with Continuous Improvement team, develop initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement.
- Active review of service offerings through outsourced management.
Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Above 4 years’ experience in managing CSR initiatives, and experience in soft services or general services are an added advantage
- Exposure to office, laboratory or manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Open to travel to Ho Chi Minh and Tien Giang
- People management experience would be an added advantage
- English Fluency is a must
