General Services Manager- Your future position?
Location: 31 Đ. Số 8 VSIP, KCN Việt Nam Singapore, Thuận An, Bình Dương
Reporting to: Finance Manager
In this role, the individual would, be the on-site key point of contact for employees and vendors. They would work with vendors to manage and resolve hard and soft facilities operation issues. Additionally, they would ensure our vendors meets all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract
Main Requirements
Soft Service Vendor Management
- Co-ordinate and monitor the contractor management program.
- Provide feedback on the outsourced staff and suggest relevant training to outsourced agencies.
- Review monthly financial reports including the preparation of accruals and variance.
- Prepare monthly management report for Givaudan's Management Committee.
- Administer the master data for approval process in vendor's application.
- Negotiate the terms with vendors with support from IM&S.
Internal Stakeholder Management
- Proactively engage internal stakeholders to ensure that services expectations are met.
- Build and develop effective stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation.
- On-site key point of contact for vendors and employees.
- Implement and ensure escalation procedures are in place and observed for problem reporting.
Continuous Improvement
- Together with Continuous Improvement team, develop initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement.
- Active review of service offerings through outsourced management.
Social Responsibility
- Lead local projects and initiatives with focus on Health & Wellbeing, Community and Sustainability.
Main Requirements
- English proficiency on a professional level
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business, engineering or other related field.
- Above 5 years' experience in managing various soft services and CSR initiatives
- Exposure to office, laboratory or manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of vendor management for outsourced services is preferred
- Willing to travel to Ho Chi Minh and Chau Thanh when needed
