Mục tiêu công việc

• Giám sát thường xuyên, xử lý vật liệu và vận hành thiết bị để sản xuất các sản phẩm mẫu.
• Đóng gói và kiểm soát sản phẩm mẫu gửi cho khách hàng. 

Trách nhiệm chính

• Vận hành thiết bị theo quy trình và tuân thủ các quy định hiện hành về sản phẩm nhằm đáp ứng các mục tiêu định tính, định lượng cũng như tài chính.
• Bảo trì các thiết bị được giao nhằm đảm bảo hoạt động liên tục và báo cáo lỗi cho Trưởng nhóm để sửa chữa hoặc thay thế.
• Kiểm tra thành phẩm nhằm đảm bảo đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và quy định.
• Tuân thủ lịch làm việc và các quy định an toàn, thủ tục hành chính cũng như các hướng dẫn khác được ban hành bởi ban quản lý.
• Áp dụng các quy định về an ninh và Môi trường, Sức khỏe, An toàn để phòng ngừa tai nạn và bảo vệ tài sản nhà máy.
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu và phân công bởi Giám sát/ Quản lý.

Trình độ học vấn & kỹ năng

• Tốt nghiệp trung cấp, cao đẳng trở lên ngành công nghệ thực phẩm hoặc tương đương
• Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong việc sản xuất mẫu.
• Biết sử dụng các thiết bị công nghệ trong sản xuất.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm với hệ thống SAP.
• Hiểu biết về quy trình lấy mẫu sản xuất và làm mẫu sản phẩm.
• Biết khái niệm liên quan đến COGs (cost of goods)
