Flavourist I at Givaudan, your future role?

As Flavourist I at Givaudan, you will manage flavour development projects, to ensure successful creation process in cooperation with customers, according to our goals and policies.

You'll report to the Creation Manager and will be based in our offices in Bogota, working fully onsite.

In this exciting role you will also be responsible for

• Ensure that the creation of new flavours meets the needs of our region customers to maintain our leadership position and ensure the expected growth.
• Implement global initiatives on new technologies developed to keep us at the forefront of changes in the food industry.
• Consolidate our ties with customers through scheduled visits and electronic contact to ensure the application of our flavours in new developments in the food and beverage industry.
• Ensure that the established growth assigned to the creations area is met to meet the win rate defined for this area.
• Execute the activities of the creations manager when required to ensure smooth processes in the creations area.
• Participate in EHS management system activities to strengthen their safety performance and health at work.
• Authority to stop activities that may create hazards to their personal health and/or safety or that of their co-workers
• Authority to report unsafe conditions that may create hazards to their personal health and/or safety or that of their co-workers

Your professional profile includes:

• Professional in the field of Chemistry or Food, with specialization in flavour creation.
• +3 years of experience in similar positions in sensory area handling relevant industry.
• Knowledge of the process of making emulsions
• Knowledge of the process of creations
• Knowledge of flavour release systems
• Knowledge of analytical chemistry
