Gerente de Calidad II Ancam

The Quality Manager for Ancam region, reporting to the LATAM Head of Quality, will lead the local quality function to ensure product quality and drive quality improvement, mindset and customer satisfaction at site level.

 

You will:
•    Lead a local quality team and manage talents.
•    As Quality Management Site Head, manage and improve shop floor quality and technology driven by regional / global policy and implement local Vendor and Customer Quality programs aligned with global / regional policy.
•    Identify and drive opportunities for local Quality Management improvement.
•    Oversee local / regional projects and enable knowledge/best practices sharing.
•    Manage change processes relevant to job function driven by global policy.
•    Development third part service provide.


Your professional profile requires: 
•    Bachelor degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or Environmental Science with proven technical experience.
•    Advanced Level of English.
•    4-5 years’ experience in similar roles.
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge is a plus.
•    Good project management skills and utilization of the project management techniques.
•    Solid understanding of relevant on site QIC, FC&A and Ops processes (such as Ingredient life cycle Management, Vendor Quality, Customer Quality requirements, Specification and Formula management, Continuous improvement, Complaint, Issue and Crisis Management, Industrialization, Audit and Change Management).
•    Good understanding of Food Safety and Quality Systems.
•    Excellent understanding of food safety and quality management systems
•    Good understanding of manufacturing technologies and product characteristics.
