Automation Solution Senior Engineer - Your future role?

As an Automation Solution Senior Engineer in Budapest, you will anticipate usage evolutions and identify the right product to build to maximise the value of the Automation systems.

You will:

• Manage the product backlog on the long run
• Contribute to value case definition, product team orchestration and change management to users and partners

Strategy - Contribution to the Automation Strategy

• Work with all Platform managers, Product Managers and architects to translate Business capabilities, IT Master Plan, Platform roadmap, to define the vision and roadmap for the Robotic Process Automation Systems
• Ensure product roadmap understanding of Automation Strategy & priorities

Project Delivery

• Identify existing and potential Partners and ensures Business Mobilization on projects improving Automation
• Contribute to the scoping exercise by collecting requirements, proposing best on-market / technology trends and assessing impacts on Robotic Process Automation Systems and their roadmap
• Challenge requirements to make sure the validated priorities will maximize the value of the Robotic Process Automation Systems and are following the product roadmap
• Contribute to the definition and scoring of value case with the expected benefits (Measurement and main success factors) for projects affecting Robotic Process Automation Systems
• Collaborate with necessary Subject Matter Experts and partners (Platform Managers, Product Managers, Architects, Change Lead, QC Lead, Designers, Data Scientists …) to provide ranged estimate, assess feasibility - timeline - complexity - level of confidence - risk - resource needs for the identified scenarios
• Lead use case definition and solution scenario definition and selection
• Define the best project setup for RPA product team (resource need)
• Contribute to retrospectives and demos on Robotic Process Automation Systems
• Contribute to the change management on RPA product during innovation phases (experimentation and pre-scaling) or after deployment to Production, including handover to operations and support team

Permanent Activities (out of projects)

• Manage product backlog creation, organization and prioritization and mapping out the dependencies with ongoing or future projects
• Coordinate with the Platforms and Application Services on the prioritization of regional business demands; evaluate regional demands
• Ensure transparency and communication of the Product vision, backlog and roadmap to the product team, partners & users
• Search for valuable product evolutions, through animation of Product user group Network or interaction with Architects, or proactive explorations based on users understanding and market / technology trends
• Define, Measure and Share Product benefits and adoption Goals to contribute to change management
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Robotic Process Automation Systems and us, managed by the CI Lead
• Model and map business processes related your business user group
• Contribute to build Release Plan
• Accountable for Robotic Process Automation Systems documentation (creation and maintenance)
• Contribute to Communities of Practices around product management

You have:

• Diploma:Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or business school or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• 5+ years of experience in Agile environment
• Project Management skills
• Curious and interested about Digital and Information Technologies
• Knowledgeable about Design Thinking, Design Sprints and UX design
