Change, Communication & Engagement Manager

Communications and Engagement Manager - Your future position?

Responsible for ensuring the change management, communications and engagement activities are performed in a way that results in an informed and engaged organisation.

 

In this role you will:

 

Define and execute CCE strategy for centre initiatives  including:

    • Define and execute local comms and engagement plan for BUD including regular updates, content development, channel management
    • Drive changethe centre employees through centre level changes as identified in cooperation with local DC Head, local LT and including DE and SE teams as required

 

Collaborate with CCE network,  BUD LT and DE team to optimise how information flows within GBS, leveraging on existing BUD and cross-centre channels and identifying new opportunities.

 

Implement coordinated CCE approach for cross centre initiatives at the local level with the involvement of and alignment with necessary stakeholder groups

    • Create, execute, and measure local comms and engagement plan for project initiatives
    • Accompany the centre employees through global GBS and corporate changes as identified in cooperation with GBS LT, DE and SE

 

Actively contribute to the co-creation of CCE (i) methodology enhancements (ii) approaches for cross centre initiatives based on local needs, best practice experience (i.e. EES CCE plan)

 

Active participation in the BUD DC Leadership Team

 

Work with different parts of the organisation to support the culture shaping journey based on the GBS behaviors

Your professional profile includes:

 

  • Diploma: College or University degree
  • Languages: Local language and fluent in English, good in another language (French, German, Spanish, Dutch) preferred
  • Strong communications and change management background preferable
  • 8+ years experience managing communications and change activities within a diverse team
  • Experience working in a remote team
  • Experience in developing and implementing change and communication strategies
  • Demonstrated experience with change management concepts & best practices such as Prosci/Adkar
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
