We are looking for a Change, Communication and Engagement Manager to join our international team in Budapest. In this unique position, you will ensure that the change management, communications and engagement activities are performed in a way that results in an informed and engaged organization. You will be reporting directly to the head of the Budapest Delivery Center (DC).
Main responsibilities:
Define and execute Change, Communication and Engagement (CCE) strategy:

Define and execute local communication and engagement plan for Budapest including regular updates, content development, channel management

Collaborate with CCE network and leadership team to improve flow of information within GBS, leveraging on existing Budapest and cross DC channels and identifying new opportunities

Implement coordinated CCE approach for cross DC initiatives at the local level with the involvement of and alignment with necessary stakeholder groups

Create, execute, and measure local comms and engagement plan for project initiatives

Accompany the center employees through global GBS and corporate changes as identified in cooperation with GBS leadership team

Actively contribute to the co-creation of CCE methodology enhancements, approaches for cross center initiatives based on local needs, best practice experience (i.e. EES CCE plan)
Manage the Committees in the DC:

Ensure the smooth operations of committees

Support the creation of the environment for committees to excel, remain relevant and sustainable within the delivery center

Stimulate and support cross collaboration between committees when appropriate

Be a focal point for all communications and engagement activities of the committees
Drive purpose-related activities in the GBS at local and global level:

Coordinate purpose related activities at the cross DC level based on existing framework

Support the definition of a Purpose vision and evolve the roadmap accordingly

Ensure delivery against existing roadmap

Ensure connection between corporate, cross GBS and local purpose related campaigns and activities and track related measures
Your background and competencies:
-
Demonstrated (3+ years of) expertise in Change, Communications and Engagement

Experience with change management concepts & best practices such as Prosci/Adkar
-
Fluent English language knowledge
-
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
-
Ability to build connections, proactivity and independence
