Continuous Improvement Program Manager: your future position?

As a Continuous Improvement Program Manager manage and spread continuous improvement know-how in respective unit, and building the required CI capabilities through training, coaching and certification. The CI Programme Manager supports all the streams in the delivery center to identify and manage improvement projects to deliver business impact to meet the targets, and provide CI maturity visibility through assessments.

You will be based in Budapest, Hungary (hybrid role).

 

Main responsibilities:

 

Business Alignment

  • Facilitate the design of the DC and delivery teams strategies while ensuring the alignment from Global, Regional, and Functional levels. This includes identification, selection, prioritization of improvement initiatives and resource allocation & execution timeline
  • Elaborate the continuous improvement roadmap at DC level and oversee and execute related tactical and operational plans to meet local objectives

People engagement, Capability Building (including problem solving)

  • Identify employees learning needs and develop CI training plan and coordinate with HR (incl. coaching and mentoring) for all CI Methodologies
  • Introduce and coach Visual Performance Management System as universal practice for everyone to manage performance for all departments
  • Set up DC CI capability building process including certification and recognition
  • Coach Belts, and manage the certification and recognition events

Continuous Improvement Maturity Assessment (CIMA)

  • Help leadership team to achieve its roadmap & results through site CIMA implementation
  • Support the CIMA improvement plan and guide follow up together leadership team

Business Impact specific business improvement projects

  • Manage the pipeline of improvement projects to deliver impact at DC level
  • Guide implementation progress of approved CI projects, monitoring resource plans, project team accountabilities, change requests, deadlines, milestones and manage updates to partners
  • Consolidate the financial and non-financial benefits

 

You have:

 

  • University degree
  • LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent; BB is beneficial
  • Overall work experience of 7 to 10 years including of which at least 3+ years in a Lean Six Sigma implementation role
  • Fluency in English, Hungarian is beneficial
  • Experience in people management is mandatory
  • Proven results on leading improvement projects, training, coaching, assessing
