Continuous Improvement Specialist

Continuous Improvement Specialist – Your future role? 


In this role you will support the Continuous Improvement (CI) maturity increase within the organization and boost capability building, CI mindset & practice embedment in line with the CI objectives. You will report to the Budapest office CI Lead and will be responsible for service and performance improvement through training, mentoring and consultancy.

 

In this role you will:


Support: you will continuously support the teams (e.g.: finance, Procure To Pay, Demand To Cash, HR, Enterprise Data Management ) to develop their maturity in terms of performance management and continuous improvement according to the actual CI Roadmap. You will also support the efficiency increase in line with the actual business needs and objectives.

 

Training / Mentoring / Consulting: you will train, mentor and consult CI Champions, Green Belts and team leads in the departments, as well as work closely with team members and use the best tools/methods from the LSS toolbox to develop solutions and execute them.

 

Analyse: you will evaluate the teams’ CI maturity and advise what tools / methods to use to develop the identified improvement areas. You will keep the project tracking system, and the CI maturtity level database up to date.

You have:

 

 

  • College/ University degree preferably in the field of Economics 
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian
  • Six Sigma + Lean Black Belt
  • Experience in Visual Performance Management (Daily Huddle / Kanban meeting) establishment and facilitation is an advantage
  • 3 years’ experience in full time CI / Six Sigma / Lean / Innovation Role
  • Understanding of work organizational models
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Good presentation skills 
  • GBS / SSC experience is an advantage
