Controlling-Reporting Junior Accountant - Your future role?
As the Business Process Integration Specialist in Budapest, you will perform controlling & reporting responsibilities to deliver the required services to all internal and external customers according to agreed service levels and within laws and regulations
You will report to the Controlling-Reporting Team Lead.
Your role will include:

Build constructive and effective relationships with the business and stakeholders

Take over ownership and try to find the solution for encountered issues and problems by involving more senior colleagues

Actively collaborate with local Finance to support their daily operations
-
Follow up on any issue and inform the Team Lead in a timely manner

Represent Givaudan DNA and CI mindset
-
Inventory control and valuation (perform inventory closing, variance, WIP calculation, provision)
-
Book journal entries, clear GL accounts, take an active part and ensure the accurate completion of the month/year-end closing activities, including accruals and revaluation; provide data for auditors

Ensure the completion of reporting (month end close related) and reconcile Balance sheet accounts

Follow the internal audit control point and ensure the completeness

Understand and follow processes with the relevant Policies

Perform daily workflow requests (Transfer pricing and Material related)

Perform controlling and reporting activities, make proposals to improve and standardize the processes

Take part in the yearly Budget process

Perform regular and ad-hoc reporting upon request
Your professional profile includes:
-
Finance degree (college or university or Chartered accountant, Tax advisor)
-
Good English in writing and communication
-
0 to 2 years of experience (Controlling, factory experience preferred, GL Accountant)

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
-
SAP experience preferred
-
Experience with legal regulations, corporate policies and work instruction
-
Compliance with Health and Safety at work Act and fire and work protection regulations
-
Aware of management regulations and other directives and act accordingly
