We are looking for a Credit Management and Collection Analyst to join our international team in Budapest.

You will handle cash collection, credit assessments and order release, make credit decisions and participate in business calls. Your work will help maximize revenue and mitigate credit risk. You will also collaborate with our sales team to maintain credit control system, besides working with customers to ensure their expectations are met and their credit fits in with the current risk portfolio.

You will report directly to the Credit Management & Collection Team Lead.

Your main responsibilities in our team will be:

• Achievement of Credit & Collection KPI goals
• Research and evaluation of clients' credit rating
• Contacting Clients and Sales
• Handling escalations and follow up the necessary actions
• Making decisions about customer order release
• Investigating and resolving queries both internally and externally around disputed invoices
• Managing the collection of all debts

You have:

• At least 2 years of experience working in a relevant field
• Fluency in English and Arabic (French is an asset)
• Intermediate Excel skills
