As a member of our Enterprise Data Management Team in Budapest, you will hold a global position, participating in global master data maintenance using existing tools, applications, and workflows to make sure that data is available when it is needed. You will be located in Budapest and you will report to the EDM Team Lead.

 

In this exciting role you will:

  • Gather and maintain documentation which is related to audit requirements

  • Keep close contact with raw material vendors via email

  • Be involved in projects across multiple functions in the organization

  • Maintain vendor-related master data in SAP

  • You will be a point of contact for data-related questions for colleagues in the APAC, EMEA, and NOAM region

 

Your professional profile includes:

  • You have a College or University degree, studies in IT, Business, or Finance is an advantage
  • You speak and write in English fluently
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in an SSC environment in an administrative field
  • You have strong numeracy and administration skills
  • You are service and result oriented
  • You are accurate, dutiful, and patient, and open to diversity and multicultural environment
  • Data maintenance/data quality experience is an advantage
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
