Overall mission:
In the role, you will be gaining experience in End-To-End Accounting (as per IFRS / Givaudan Group standard) of the sites that do not have a local finance representative as well as being involved with various FiCo related projects. You will be based in Budapest and report to the Global Solution Expert Ficanace and Controlling.
Your main responsibilities:
FiCo Project support:
Supporting various projects with documentations, administration, organisation

Ad-Hoc requests
Process invoices:
• Book as per IFRS and create payment entries in the online Bank platform
Book required transactions in SAP as per IFRS requirements, including but not limited to:

IFRS 16,
-
Building Accruals & Provisions, Currency revaluation,
-
Cash advances, Service Fee (+AR), Mark up,
-
CAPEX related transactions,
-
Book payroll data received from 3rd party
Perform Month-End Closing and Reporting
as per IFRS - in SAP & BOFC (Group Consolidation System)
Entity Management Reporting
Business Partnering

Build constructive and effective relationships with the business and stakeholders

Take over ownership to find solution for encountered issues and problems

Actively collaborate with Local & 3rd party teams to support their daily operations
Migration and Improvement
-
Ensure knowledge transfer objectives are met

Prepare and update work instructions, process manual

Contribute to and manage end-to-end process improvements

Participate in projects
Academic/Technical Background:
-
Diploma: Ongoing University/college studies in fields related to Finance degree or equivalent (like Chartered accountant)
-
Languages:fluent English; any other language is an advantage

Professional experience: 0-1 years in Finance ; Fixed asset and/or Intercompany experience is advantage

SAP knowledge is an advantage (or relevant accounting software)

MS office and Advanced knowledge of Excel

Excellent analytical skills
