Financial Trade Affairs Analyst Intern - Your future role?
As a Financial Trade Affairs Analyst Intern in our Budapest office, you will support the preferential origin end-to-end process, which involves partnership with different internal stakeholders: Procurement, Local Buyers, Planning, Customer Care, Pricing, Commercial, Global Trade Affairs
Your main responsibilities:
You will provide support in the preferential of origin end-to-end process related to Free Trade Agreements. More specifically:

You will support the process of collecting and maintaining supplier’s preferential origin statuses with the support of Local Buyers and Procurement

You will help in performing the determination of preferential origin eligibility and support the business and provide analysis on the reasons of non-eligibility

You will also help to issue trade affair documents required for audit purposes

You will liaise with local finance and operations for the day-to-day steps of the process

As a junior member, you will solve the encountered issues, and escalate them if necessary
You have:

Ongoing studies in Economics or International Business Economics study

Fluent in English

MS Office and knowledge of Excel
