GBS Logistic Intern - Your future position?

In this Budapest-based role, you will support logistics tasks by administration, ensuring correct and daily execution of your main responsibilities.

 

You will:

  • Run reports in SAP

  • Ensure up-to-date E2E Transportation Data Flow (Edi messages, Reason Code update….)

  • Review/validate road freight invoices

  • Support on report creation, Carrier Performance meetings (presentation creation, meeting minutes creation) and daily ad-hoc tasks

  • Administrate

  • Participate on the Team Meetings/VPM meetings

  • Establish a continuous improvement mindset

 

Our requirements:

  • You are studying in a full-time bachelor's or master's degree program at a Hungarian university

  • Fluency in English

  • Customer focus and good communication skills

  • Knowledge of MS Excel

  • Independent working, proactivity and one-team mindset
