Fragrances Demand Planner

Fragrances Demand Planner – Your future role?


As Fragrance Demand Planner you should drive the contribution of multiple stakeholders inside the S&OP demand review process and ensure forecast data is aligned to the plan.
You will be part of a diverse global team where you will have a key role to ensure an effective Sales & Operations Plan-ning (S&OP) process driving demand reviews. In this role you will contribute to the overall business performance by analysing forecast data gathered from the regional demand planners and the Center Of Excellence. You will also drive forecast accuracy improvement projects to ensure a more predictable planning.

You will be located in Budapest and report directly to our Global Demand Head Fragrance and Beauty.

You will:


Collaborate and drive:

  • support the Global Demand Head with demand review meetings with both the commercial organization and customers
  • contribute to implement Demand Planning Strategy aligned with Sales and Operations Roadmap
  • collaborate in preparing a good demand plan to have an organized supply chain cycle
  • work with the supply chain and the commercial organization along with customer care
  • work with Center of Excellence (CoE) and Demand planners to improve forecast accuracy
  • consolidate forecast data, adding your recommendations to the Operations and Commercial areas from all seniority level


Coordinate demand forecast:

  • with the support from analytical team analyse the results of forecast cycle and work close together with the Regional and Local Demand Planners on management of their portfolio
  • identify opportunities for forecast improvement



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 6 +years of experience in Supply Chain areas and 3+ years demand planning experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with working in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to create meaningful presentations and present it effectively
  • Independent work ethic
  • Affinity to systems and analytical tools (SAP, BI/BO, etc)
  • APICS Certification is a plus
