Overall mission:

Join our team as an EDM Master Data Coordinator and play a vital role in our organization's success! As part of our team, you will grow master data, monitor processes, and identify potential delays. Your responsibilities will include extracting, analyzing, and mass-loading master data into our core systems. By supporting improvement initiatives, you will help enhance service levels across the business by ensuring master data availability.

You will be reporting to the EDM Manager

Responsibilities:

- Accomplish master data creation and maintenance activities within the given service level.

- Perform daily information management activities following the given service level.

- Accomplish basic master data service requests, including the execution of reports and mass uploads.

- Resolve issues related to data management requests.

- Monitor and follow up on activities related to expected data management tasks.

- Support the business in matters related to master data management.

- Perform data quality checks and correction activities.

- Contribute to Master Data Projects and Change Requests.

- Propose process improvements through idea management.

- Support projects and data cleansing activities.

- Maintain documentation related to data management processes.

Education / Primary Qualification:

- Diploma: College or University degree

- Languages: English in a business setting

- Professional experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in function-specific role

or equivalent. Relevant process experience, Experience working in a shared

service environment

Technical skills:

▪ Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems

▪ First experiences in ETL tools

▪ MS Excel or equivalent tool

▪ Numeracy and administration skills
